A native San Antonian, Dr. Sebastian A. Mora has been in practice for 23 years. He has trained extensively in advanced refractive surgery techniques, utilizing the excimer laser, and has studied the LASIK procedure in both the United States and abroad with international experts. Dr. Mora is dedicated to practicing quality refractive surgery, microsurgical procedures, and maintaining the highest standard of care. He also has three board certifications by The American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology, The American Board of Ophthalmology, and The American Board of Eye Surgery.


Dr. Mora is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American College of Eye Surgeons, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is also versed in several languages.



Dr. Mora enjoys spending time with his wife, the lovely and gracious, Anne-Catherine, and their three children, ages 19, 17, and 8. His interests include music, exercising, reading, and anti-aging medicine.
