I have digitized my eye topo's and exam sheet so I can email it to any doctor that replies to this message. Can one of you please tell me what are the chances of developing halo's, starburst's or loss of quality of vision because of my myopic astigmatism and pupil size. I've been debating whether to have the surgery or not because of my prescription. I would just like an honest opinion and you guys don't have any money to lose by telling me I'm not right for LASIK. Thank you.

Jeff

Night vision dependent mainly on size of pupil and refraction. "Quality" of vision more difficult to advise on since this is very subjective.

Thank you for your prompt reply. My prescription is as follows:

Sphere Cylinder Axis Pupil (dim)

R -2.25 -3.25 170 5.6 mm
L -2.50 -3.50 10 5.9 mm

The room wasn't all that dim when my pupils were measured so I'm sure they will get larger while driving at night.
