Get the Eyes corrected by EYE yoga, which is the 1st form of YOG! Earlier i used to wear -3.0 -1.5X90, after completing 45 days YOG my prescription has reduced to -1.0 -1.0X90 in both eyes, Astigmatism takes little long time to correct than myopia & hyperopia. By this YOG, eyes get corrected natuarally. and there is no risk of eyes as in case of LASIK.
