I had LASIK surgery precisely a year ago (-4.00, astig -3.00 both). My last follow up last week the doctor gave me the choice to go through the second surgery as my left eye still has some asmatigsm left(-1.50). Well, I refused immediately because I remember how great the pain was (for me) and I've already had my night glaring which makes me a bit difficult to drive at night.I fear that it would be worse. I can work perfectly with my sight now but the blurring will come if I read too much. Have anybody been through the second surgery for such a little eyesight problem left? Is it worth to do so?

Every elective surgery is a balance between the potential benefit and the potential harm. It appears that you function reasonably well, but the significant residual astigmatism is causing vision problems. It is possible that enhancement surgery will resolve this problem, but there is always an element of risk with any surgery. You need to discuss with your doctor the level of risk with your unique circumstances, and then decide for yourself if the risk is worth the potential benefit.

To answer your question, yes, many people with residual astigmatism have had surgery with good results, but a small percentage have had poor results...just like initial surgery.
