Hello,
I'm not really up on the medical terms but I hope someone can help me anyway!

I'm 25 years old. Before surgery my left eye was -2.25 with astigmatism and my right eye -1.75 with no astigmatism. In the months leading up to surgery I noticed my left eye being a lot slower than my right and progressively got worse. I became paranoid about it while talking to people thinking they would notice but hoped that surgery would repair this.

Firstly I thought it had but as the days go by (it has been 2 and a half weeks since surgery) it seems to be getting worse again.

I feel like I'm cross eyed sometimes and try to avoid eye contact with people which is very difficult. I also get double vision (my left eye tends to look like it is looking in a different direction to my right eye, looking upwards rather than straight on)

My questions are:

- is this common after Lasik and will it improve with time?

-and-

- because I'm so paranoid about it, does this make it worse, as it is all I seem to think about, its starting to rule my life....

Please help!

Thank You
