The eye is post RK ( 1987) and astigmatic and
farsighted. I am looking for the best laser to
use. How are the The autonomous laser
better or worse than the VISX3 laser . The
Autonomous with Ladar Vision is a flying spot
laser, which uses a small spot beam of less
than 1 mm. The beam moves rapidly across
the cornea in a computer-controlled pattern of
tiny, non-sequential, overlapping spots.
theVisx is a broad beam laser. Both have
