I am wondering if technology such as WASCA and TOSCA can be used to eliminate or at least help night vision problems without ablating too much of an already limited corneal thickness (~420 um). What would be the procedure and risks involved? Is it as precise as it is made out to be? I have an opportunity to receive this procedure abroad and would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
