I am post-lasik patient with small optical zones and and large pupils.
I am a little bit confused when I see all the information about the custom retreatments. As I understood, custom retreatment may be done by TOSCA or WASCA methods. My impression that TOSCA is the relevant method for optical zones enlargment and decentration treatment. WASCA is better for irregular asstigmatism.
Am I right?
