I am 9 years out from a first generation lasik. I am deciding between wavefront custom (VISX S4) vs wavefront optimized (Alegretto). My logic is that the customized would be better for enhancement, because of high order aberations from the first lasik. Does that make sense?

what is your pescription now? If its low, a thin pair of glasses part time may be the better option than risk surgury all over. Also the risk of overcorrection is there like what happened to Pat and others. If you do decide to get more lasik, do only one eye at a time.
