I had custom LASIK over a year ago. Before the surgery, I had dry eyes and could not wear contacts for extended periods of time due to the dryness.
Post surgery, I find that my right eye is still dry, making my vision fuzzy at times. This can make it difficult for me to drive and I find that I have been getting headaches as a result of my uneven vision.
During the day, I have been using Systane drops and at night I use Lacri-Lube gel. I have also just recently started taking Flax seed oil as I heard it may help.
Do you have any other suggestions as to what I could do to help my eye heal?

Some additional weapons in the armamentarium of the dry eye specialist include:
Punctal plugs, Restasis, fish/salmon oil instead of or in addition to flax oil, borage or evening primrose oil, warm eyelid compresses, doxycylcine, topical corticosteroids, and even androgen therapy. Naturally, these items should only be used under the supervision of your doctor.
