I have re-occuring inflamtion with swelling and dry eyes. Is it a good idea to use a humidifier? I read on your fourm that some people use humidifiers for dry eyes, but my doctor said that it would actually make my eyes dry. I'd like to know what could be the reason behind the re-occuring inflamation and swelling (I do have arthritis).

You need to be evaluated by an eye doctor to determine the cause of your dry eye problems. There are many techniques to manage and even resolve this problem. Over the Internet we can only speculate. Seek the care of a dry eye specialist.

I have been seen by the eye doctor, corneal specialist, and rheumatologist. No one seems to have any answers.
