I have blepharitis - never got it before lasek so i am suspicious that the lasek caused it even though the surgeon said it did not.

Maybe it was because i was afraid to wash my eyes with water for a while and it got infected?

In any case, i now believe that the cure is to completely detoxify the body.

If my immune system was strong it would have been able to prevent the infection.

I take all of the following (if anyone knows of something that can be good for blepharitis not included below, let me know):

1. Grapes/red wine
2. lots of vitamin C with Bioflavanoids (2,000mg+)
3. Flaxseed/omega 3/fishoil
4. lots of warm compress and then lid scrubs
5. NAC supplement
6. Certain antioxidnats
7. Cartenoid Complex
8. Zinc
