I am now 5 months post monovision epi lasek and still suffer from dry eyes. One of the most frustrating aspects is that frequently I have perhaps one week of pain free eyes and I begin to hope that i am over the worst when all of a sudden it returns with a vengeance. I then begin the analysis of everything I have done to see what may, if anything, be triggering the reoccurrence. My question is is this part of the healing process?
