Does anyone notice an increase in dry eye symptoms once a month? I know hormones can affect dry eyes.

Dry eyes related to menstrual cycle and dry eyes related to menopause are commonly reported. Dry eyes related to menstrual cycle tend to be minor. There may be an underlying dry eye problem that is exacerbated. It may be helpful to schedule an eye exam with a dry eye specialist that will coincide with the menstrual cycle and a second exam that would be opposite the cycle.
