I have suffered dry eye for the last 9 months since having monovision epi lasek.I have also had a particular foreign body sensation in the eye that was treated.
I have now been told that I have concretions on the upper eyelid of the eye that was treated and will be going to the eye clinic in September. Are these easy to remove and could they be causing the dry eye in both eyes? Are they likely to reoccur and are they a common side effect of laser treatment?
