Are there typically as many side effects after an enhancement as there are after the original procedure? (Dry eyes, fluctuating vision, halos, etc.?) Can anyone share their experience with enhancements and side effects? Thanks.

You and your own doctor can explain the risks better than us here. We dont know your history(cornea thickness, refraction, pupil size, dry eyes) sometimes people leave things be, other times they decide an enhancement is a must have. If you are middle age or nearing middle age, having some residual myopia helps reduce or eliminate need for *reading* glasses.
