That is a rather large overcorrection. Even the residual astigmatism is rather high.
Before you do anything more, you need to have a heart-to-heart with your doctor to try to determine why you were so overcorrected. Considering your preop prescription, you should have ended up much closer to a good outcome than this. Before you have additional surgery, you need to know that such unexpected results are not likely to occur again.
After you have had a detailed discussion with your surgeon, I highly recommend that you get a second opinion before having additional surgery. That second opinion will go a long way toward assuring that you are headed in the right direction.
It is reasonable to expect some of your hyperopia and astigmatism to regress over the next few months. You may want to discuss CLAPIKS (http://www.usaeyes.org/faq/subjects/clapiks.htm) with your doctor. This is a technique to induce hyperopic correction.
If possible, you probably should hold off on enhancement surgery until at least 3-6 months postop. The longer, the better, as this will allow as much natural regression to occur as possible.
