Hello all, had Lasik done Feb05. Was a minus 5.75 in both eyes and I was undercorrected slightly. I am at approx 1.0 in the left and .75 in the right. My main question here is, wouldnt it be easier and safer to just do a surface ablation rather than relifting the flap? What are the pros and cons to one vs the other? I do have dryness and my vision drops off as the day goes by. Thanks, Randall

With such a small refractive error left, is it worth the risks of an enhancement? I would worry about overcorrection at this point. Much safer to wear glasses just to drive and watch movies and go uncorrected the rest of your time with your 20/30 vision(how well do you see now actually?)
