I did LASIK 1 month ago on 20 Jan 06. Both eyes were about -4.50 before LASIK. Now, my left eye regressed to -0.75, my right eye was so far so good. Should I go for enhancement? My doctor suggested me to make the decision to do another one. How long should I wait for me to do enhancement after the first LASIK treatment? Or is it okay to do another one within this short period of time?

What you have is mild monovision. Maybe you didnt intend it to be like that but use it to your advantage to keep you out of reading glasses. My opinion is I strongly suggest you dont take the risk. Too close to perfect and could overcorrect as one surgeon told another guy who was also -.75 and seeing 20/25 instead of 20/20. You probably see as good or better without glasses as I do with.
