I have now been twice since my first question and my doctor is looking for the growth. He also said there is a chance that my vision may not return from what it is now - I can't focus up close (i was short sighted) or at a distance. He said that he may have to go ahead with PRK after he has stopped checking for the epiltheral (?) growth. In your experience, has the patients vision returned to what it was originally and did you reperform with PRK and what is the success rate. He said that there is more chance of scarring and also a chance I will still need glasses. I would love to know what has happened to your patients with the same experience.
