I had my eyes done a little over a year ago. Nothing has gotten any better. I have huge halo's and starbursting at night. I can no longer drive an automobile and feel safe. It is extremely uncomfortable to even be a passenger and look out the windshield.
My pupils were a 6.5 (in the dark). The area of my cornea which was treated was a 5.5 . Can someone please explain to me why a doctor would use a smaller laser?? My doctor tells me it has not been PROVEN that this would be the cause, yet most everything I read seems to say differently. Sure, I got the drops too. He was kind enough to let me know that in rare instances they have been know to cause a detached retina. Very reasuring.
