I had RK in 1993, and had PRK for both of my eyes in March and April 2005. My vision under daylight is fine. I have massive starburst problem at night after PRK. I tried very hard to avoid driving at night, however, I stuck in the traffic yesterday and had to drive back home when it is dark. The 40 minute driving was a nightmare because I couldn't even see the line on the road when a car came from the other side! I am still a little panic from yesterday's experience. Is my poor night vision permenant or my eyes are still healing? One more question - I had my surgery in Iowa and now I am in Pittsburgh. Do you know any after-lasik-specialists in Pittsburgh? I went to see a specialist today and was told nothing to worry about. She gave me a prescription of glasses with anti reflective coating and a prescription of Alphagan P. She also told me starburst may last more than a year. This give me some hope.
