I have been told I should not have laser surgery, so I have bought new glasses. My problem is glare at night while driving. I have gotten several different opinins on what to do.
1. Mye eye doctor said an amber tint in my glasses for just driving at night might help.

2. Anti-glare on my current glasses--which I have and does very little for me.

3. Several web sites offer night driving glasses..is there such a thing? Polarized night driving glasses, (I thought polarized glasses were for day use only?) melanin coated glasses. I am confused!!!!! The optician told me to get a 30% grey tint and an anti-reflective coating?

I want to cut the glare at night from the lights of the cars, it is distracting and uncomfortable. Is this possible? I would like the same glasses to use while driving during the day but would buy glasses to drive in the sun and one at night.

Any advice would be appreciated.
