I had the Intacs procedure done on my right eye about 11 days ago. I was put on Minocycline and went off of it yesterday (teeth sensitivity and slight bleedy nose but could be from the cold weather). Today I feel ok teeth sentivity is mostly gone, and no nose bleeds but I feel like I have something in my eye. My doctors office tells me this could be the suture that i feel and that this should go away with time. I was told if I dont feel good by Thursday to give them a call. Does anyone agree with this or could it be something else?

I would give it time to heal. The discomfort should go away if the Intac was done correctly. What was your pescription before and whats it now?

The pain went away today (fingers crossed). I cant seem to find my old prescription and my doctor has yet to give me my current one. My teeth are still a little bit on the sensitive side and I am wondering if either the Predforte or the Zymar could be causing this. I also feel a slight congestion in my nose like allergies or something. Not sure if they are related to the surgery or could just be allergy season starting (I have never been diagnosed with allergies BTW).

You're the first person that I've come across that has had Intacs. Could you tell us a little more about the procedure and how your vision is out of that eye? Thanks.
