and what would be the side -effects if you had lasik with big pupils anyway..
unlike the USA,my country has no rules about this stuff..so please somebody tell me.:)

even if my pupils are like 10mm or something in the pitch black darkness ... but 6-7mm in almost darkness .. say a room completely balck with just a little light ..but not enough to see .. would i be good for laser surgery
