Hello, i am scheduled for lasik with the NIDEK. My eyes are both -2.0 sphere, -0.75 cylinder with little/none astigmatism. I am concerned about night vision in that my pupils are larger than then treatment zone for the NIDEK. Any comments?

There is no way to state with absolute certainty that you will or will not have problems with night vision after refractive surgery. The pupil size is a negative, but the low refractive error is a positive.
The safest route (which considering you are talking about your ability to see at night) would be to have surgery only with the optical ablation treatment zone equal to or larger than the size of your naturally dilated pupils.
