Wanted to research the credentials of Clear Choice Laser Centers in Brecksville, OH. How do I find out info about the facility itself (complaints, references, success/problem rates, etc.) and also the credentials of the individual doctors? They are currently offering a great rate for LASIK surgery and I wanted to make sure that I am getting quality care for such an important surgical decision. I am in California, so can't help you in your state.

When I was searching for sugeons and centers, I checked with the Better Business Bureau for the centers, which alterted me to one chain I was considering which had some complaints against them (not at the location I was considering but still....) Then I searched for my state's medical board and found a site where I could search Doctors to see if there were adverse actions against them. I found the doctor at the center I mentioned above had had some problems and complaints against him, but he was still working at that particular center.

Well, you can guess that I ruled them out, and found that the surgeon I did choose and his business had no complaints and that he had been practicing opthalmology since 1974, where he graduated from and other sorts of info.
