hi, i had an enhancement 5 weeks ago. my vision was 20/30 and everything was big and bright. about a week ago i started to notice a drop in visual acuity. i also notice when i have a good tear film my vision seems to go back to where it was right after the surgery. right now my corneas feel raw and my vision is diminishing. could sever dry eyes cause the cornea to lose it's new shape or could it be just a poor tear film? when i wake up in the morning my eyes are terribly dry and everything is small and blurry and it usually takes a few hours to catch up, sometimes day. do you think this is regression, when my eyes feel good my vision is excellant. but they have felt awful for 2 days and my vision is very poor and i don'[t see thinks as big and bright. thanks for any help in this matter. p.s. i have both upper and lower plugs in but that does not help.
