I've asked the questions regarding the feeling of haveing something in my left eye and having monovision. I will be having surgery on Friday 11/12 to change to both eyes for distance, but I'am afraid that my left eye will feel worse than it does now. When I met with my Dr., he did the mapping of my eyes and said that I was a good candidate for intra lasix with just the laser. I have found that my left eye continually feels like I have something in it, and it is painful and at times I feel like I have an extra fold in my eye, which moves when I move my eye around. I need help on what would be the best treatment to do. Do I continue with the surgery for both eyes (as my left eye will have enhancement) and my right eye will be changed for distance, or should I wait a little longer to see what happens with my vision? Please if you can, answer my questions.
