I was -11 in both eyes (with astigmatism) prior to my Lasik surgery on March 7th of this year. I was doing great except my night vision and when I went to my 6 week check-up, my right eye had regressed to 20/60 and my left eye is 20/20. My doctor told me to wait until 3 months and have an enhancement. My eye (R) is getting to a point where it's irritating (vision wise). Before it regressed, i had difficult driving at night (which it's much worse now) and my vision is cloudy in dense areas. My question is, if i wear a contact len in my right eye (up to my 6 months period) would it interfere with the healing process? Since i was a high myopia patient, my healing process could take up to 6 months or even more, right? I don't want to rush into an enhancement so soon, just in case my left eye may regress too. Prior to the regression, the key word was PATIENTS.....now i'm wondering if my right eye still have time to improve and I should just be patient.
