Well, my left eye is myopic with -5.0D and -4.75D astigmatism, my right eye is -8.0D sph and -4.75cyl astigmatism. I would like to thank Dr.Chin And Dr. Trattler for the answer of my question in astigmatism forum and i wuould like to ask how great is the chance to have an enhancement after that in similar cases... Also is a one day surgery a good decision? Thanx in advance...

The rate of enhancement depends on each surgeon's experience, so I can only comment that my enhancement rate for a prescription like yours would be about 5-10%.
