I AM A 40 YEAR OLD WOMEN WITH A SEVERE CONDITION OF MYOPIA. I AM -18.50 IN BOTH EYES. Will I be considered a good candidate for lasik?

No, you would not be a good candidate for LASIK, PRK, LASEK, Epi-LASIK, Intacs, or Phakic Intraocular Lens (P-IOL). You might be an appropriate candidate for Clear Lens Exchange (CLE), which is essentially cataract surgery for refractive purposes.
People who have extremely high myopia have elevated risk of retina problems. I recommend that you be evaluated by a retinal eye specialist before any eye surgery.

this is waaaaaaaaaay out of the range of lasik. you may be able to get implantable contacts though
