I am 5 months after LASIK, during the last 3months my vision was very stable. How long after LASIk can I regard myself in a stable vision.
I was -11. but after LASIK I have got -.75 astigmatism.

You should be quite stabel now but after a high correction is would not be unusual to still change a little in the next 3 months. Considering you were -11 you were at the upper limit of what can be treated and you should be thrilled with your result. even if you regress a bit more it might be wise to leave well enough alone

You should be stable now. considering you were at the upper limit for LASIK you should be thrilled with your result. even if you regress a bit more it might be wise to leave well enough alone
