I had lasik surgery about 4 years ago. Since that time, I have had a great deal of difficulty focusing. I see a slight double and blurred vision. After working on my computer, I have a hard time focusing my eyes at a distance.
I went back to my original lasik provider, Lasik vision center, who was on Sunrise Blvd. in but now moved to Glades road in Boca Raton. They told me my right eye cornea was too thin for a touch up.
I went to a local Dr., Dr. Maller who fitted me with hard contact lenses. When I first tried them on they worked great in his office but had a great deal of problems adjusting to them.
My eyes became very dry. I was in server discomfort when I turned my head from side to side or tried to look out the corner of my eyes. He made a couple of adjustments, but after 3 weeks of trying to adjust, I was so uncomfortable at work I finally gave up.
I also tried glasses but they don’t work due to the uneven topography of my eye.
. I wanted to know if you had any other suggestions a could try….
