2 days before surgery and found out an uxpected pregnancy. This pregnacy has to be no more than 2 weeks old as I havent missed a cycle.
What risks would there be to going forward with the surgery...
risks to my vision?
risks to the baby?
How large are these risks realistically.

The potential benefit is simply not worth the potential consequences, IMO. You would probably need to lie to a doctor and not tell him or her about your pregnancy to be able to get LASIK.
If everything goes very well with LASIK, the most you would probably encounter is fluctuation in visual acuity. That is probably going to happen with or without LASIK. However, if something were to go wrong, the medications necessary to save your vision may be detrimental to your pregnancy. Do you really want to put yourself in a position where you must choose between pregnancy or vision?
You will have more than enough to worry about. Dont complicate your situation with elective surgery. Wait until a few months after you stop nursing to have refractive surgery.
And, congratulations.
