I recently turned 34 years old, was pregnant but sadly just miscarried at 16 weeks. I have wanted to get LASIK surgery for awhile. My vision is -2.75 in both eyes and I hate wearing glasses and contacts. I have three related questions:

First, if I want to get LASIK done now, how long should I wait after the miscarriage (because of hormones etc.)?

Second, assuming I have LASIK done, how long should I wait before getting pregnant again? I have seen two answers to this last question: THREE months and SIX months. Although there does not seem to be a big difference between the two answers, the extra three months means a lot at age 34 when you're looking to start a family and don't expect to have that much time in between children. If I don't do LASIK before having children, then this could put off LASIK for another five years.

Third, what is the incidence of vision change in women who had LASIK first then had children? I understand everyone is different, but if there is a high incidence of vision change then should I just wait until after children to have the surgery?
