Two of the primary reasons why you should delay pregnancy are fluctuating vision due to hormonal changes and the possibility of medications needed for your eyes interfering with the pregnancy.
After pregnancy and for about three months after cessation of nursing your body's hormones will be all over the place. This often caused significant changes in your visual acuity. It would be impossible to know if any vision problems are because of the pregnancy, or just a part of the LASIK. During pregnancy you could risk enhancement eye surgery to correct a visual acuity problem because you really wouldnt know what would happen after the hormones return to normal.
You are probably now off any surgery related medications that could cause a problem for the pregnancy, however during the first six months the eyes are healing. If something (even minor) were to occur you may be faced with needing medication to help your vision that may harm the pregnancy.
Yes, it is possible to become pregnant now and have absolutely no problems, however it just makes much more sense for the sake of your eyes and health of your pregnancy to wait a bit longer to become pregnant. Ideally would be about six months after your LASIK.
You will be a parent for the rest of you life. Waiting a few months in the overall scheme of things may not be so difficult.
