I am scheduled to have lasik in two days and the doctor has recommended that I have the Buasch and Lomb instead of the Nidek laser because I have large pupils. He says there's a chance that I will have poor night vision or halos during the night if I have the Nidek. But he is giving me the option to choose which laser to have. I am -1.5 in my left eye and -2.0 in my right. And my pupil size is about 8.0. Does anyone have any recommendations? The Nidek is about $1400 cheaper and there is no guarantee that I will have halos if I get the Nidek. What should I do?
