Your prescription is within the approved treatment parameters of many lasers, however with significantly high myopia (nearsighted, shortsighted) vision there are many other considerations that need to be evaluated. You are not an ideal candidate, but you may be an acceptable candidate. Only a comprehensive examination from a knowledgeable doctor can determine what, if any, surgery technique may be appropriate.
Keep your mind open if you decide to pursue this further. Depending upon your individual circumstances, IntraLasik, Phakic Intraocular Lenses, or Refractive Lens Exchange may be suggested rather than conventional Lasik.
What may be helpful for you would be to return to this forum after you have been examined by a doctor and provide more details, such as your age, sex, complete prescription, corneal thickness, size of pupils when naturally dilated in a low light environment (scotopic pupil size), corneal curvature, any corneal disease, any history of retina problems, and your current method of correction be that soft contacts, hard contacts, or spectacles.
In all respects, proceed with due caution and do your homework.
