I have really bad farsightedness(+4.75 to +4.50 approx) with really bad astigmatism (-1.50 to -2.0 approx). I went to a couple clinics and one (New View LASIK) said my eyes were just too bad and I should have the lens replacement procedure. The other office (LASIKPlus) said I was just barely a candidate but that they actually might do PRK once the surgeon re-checks my eyes.
What do you recommend?

My pupil size is approx 6. My cornea thickness is: right - 509; left - 502. Both at thinnest point.
