I recently had a consultation for lasik and my doctor measured my pupils at 9mm or larger, only using a pupil size estimation card in low light. (He actually said he's never seen pupils as large as mine - is that a bad thing?) He did not receommend that I have Lasik right now because of my pupil size. The doctor suggested that I wait until the technology gets better for larger pupils.
My prescription is -4.75/-4.50 with no astigmatism.
Do you think he was correct in his recommendation?
Do you know of any Laser machines that have a correction zone of 9mm or greater?
