Are there any signs whether one has flap wrinkles or straii, without actually going to the doctor? Are there any symtoms one can look or feel for?

Symptoms usually include blurred or, more commonly, distorted vision. However, some wrinkles are very small and outside of the center of vision and do not necessarily require treatment. Since there are other causes of visual distortion, the only way you could know if there are wrinkles in your LASIK flap, is to have your eyes examined. I hope this is helpful for you.
