I need to see a Dr in the philadelphia area, who is an expert in flap striae mgt. I had LASIK procedure back in 2/1/03 on both eyes. The right eye is 20/25 but i see double vision from it, so it is a poor 20/25. The reason it took so long to realize the problem, i had numerous corneal erosions over the past several months. and i really never had more than a few days to actually see good out of the right eye. The last erosion was back on 4/28/03. Now after 1+ month the eye is completely heal and not dry anymore, but i still see double vision, even at my last visit in 6/5/03 the original dr told me the double vision will resolved itself, i ask him is it striae that is causing it, he said no. after getting a second opinion, the dr told me there are microstriae in both my eyes. I need to get the striae out ASAP. Also my left eye I see 20/20 without any problem up till now, Last month I start noticing ghosting image on the bottom of white letter and traffic lignt i see multiple images, and it seems to get worse now than last month when i start noticing the problem, is this regression? or striae related?
