Hello,
I live in the DC Metro Area, and am considering getting Lasik done by Dr. Mark Whitten, at the TLC Laser Center in Reston.
Any experiences, references or things to know? Any other suggestions?

It is not likely that someone would publicly post much negative information about a doctor unless it was anonymous, and then you really dont know how reliable the information may be. I suggest that you provide your email address so people can write to you privately.
I also suggest that you use our 50 Tough Questions For Your Doctor at http://www.usaeyes.org/faq/tough_questions.htm to help evaluate a surgeon.
