I have suffered dry eye for the last 9 months since having monovision epi lasek.
I have now been told that I have concretions on my upper eyelid and will be going to the eye clinic in September. Are these easy to remove and could they be causing the dry eye in both eyes? Are they likely to reoccur and are they a common side effect of laser treatment?

I had concretions removed about a year ago and it did seem to help my dry eye problems for a little while but now it is much worse in one eye only and I am miserable. I went back to the doctors to see if they came back and they had not. He just said my eyes were dry.
