My vision didn't become 20/20 until many months after my laser eye surgery. My vision was fluctuating a lot in the first few months, sometimes downright blurry. Hang in there and remember to follow your surgeon's post-op directions and give your eyes time to heal. You may not realize your best vision for a few more months. Even though my vision is not as good at night as during the day, I'm happy with my results. Good luck.
