Hello to all:
I have the same concern as Claudia, red eyes since LASIK 4 months ago. I use systane 4-6 x day. Is the redness related to dry eye? My Doc admits that both eyes are dry but is not concerned and considers the redness a cosmetic problem. Aside from the discomfort it is a cosmetic liability; people keep commenting on my bloodshot eyes. I get married in 2 weeks and have given up hope on pictures w/out bloodshot eyes! Can anyone offer Claudia and me any help?

Have you tried preservative-free drops? Also, maybe you just need to increase how often you use your drops?
