I am a 60 w/m who had rk over 10 years ago. I was very nearsighted. I still need glasses could I have Lasek?

It is possible that you can have refractive surgery, but whether or not LASEK would be the best choice would depend upon your individual circumstances. This is a good topic for discussion with your eye doctor.
