I had 20/30 vision without glasses 20/15 with. I used glasses for driving but not working on the computer. I am 45 and couldn't read the numbers off a pager.

They suggested I have monovision which I did exactly a week ago. I can not drive. Signs that I could see when I was almost a block away, I have to be right on top of now. I can't tell which way an arrow is pointing. I also have not been able to work. Originally I couldn't see the screen at all, now everything is blurry. If I try to do anything short of viewing the TV off and on, I am nauseous and have headaches. Especially if I try to do anything close up or on the computer.

I know a person's eyesight doesn't always improve right away but should it be this much worse? How long before it will get better? Did the mono-vision cause me to be nauseous and is there anyway to get rid of it? Will it go away?
