I'm 57, near-sighted and wear bifocals, but take them off to read...especially fine print. Having just begun to look into laser surgery, I may have some misinformation. For example: "If a person has RK surgery in one eye only, they will use this eye for distance and the other for reading as they did before, and not have to wear reading glasses" True? False?
Thanks

Yes, true. This can also be done with LASIK which has nearly completely replaced RK surgery.
